While I have already looked at front pages of magazines and indeed contents pages - touching upon text that indicates what is featured inside, I have not gone into detail about this content. I am now going to investigate the kind of topics that are found in the genre of production I have been tasked with completing.
Featured in 'College' magazine are numerous articles - an article relating to the excessive use of social networking site Facebook - the controversial legal high Salvia - a review of current television series and the promotion of a College social evening. The one thing all these topics have in common is that they are current. Facebook and Salvia in particular are at the moment in various news stories and are the cause of much debate.
